These past few months have offered our community some challenges, but we remain committed to celebrating CMSRU’s Class of 2020. This important event will now take place online on Thursday, May 14 at 1 p.m.
This format will be different, but we are so proud of all of your accomplishments and look forward to celebrating with you as best we can!
CMSRU’s virtual commencement celebration will be Thursday, May 14 at 1 p.m. You will be able to watch the Class of 2020 Virtual Commencement on CMSRU’s Facebook page or YouTube channel.
The virtual event will include several of the same elements as the in-person program, including a "Message to the Graduates" from Dean Reboli; a "Class Farewell" from Kristopher Hendershott, the class president; "Recitation of the Hippocratic Oath" with Dr. Bill Kocher; and the "Presentation of the Graduates."

The Class of 2020 Awards, traditionally given out during our banquet the night before Commencement, will be presented virtually on Wednesday, May 13 at 7 p.m. on CMSRU's Instagram and Facebook pages. The 30+ student awards are presented to graduates by our various departments to recognize them for excellence. Teaching faculty will also be recognized during this virtual event as the students present the 2020 Golden Apple Awards. The student and Golden Apple awards will be posted every couple of minutes.
Awards will be mailed directly to the recipients later in May.
