Virtual Interview Day
Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) will be conducting all interviews virtually until further notice. Following screening, selected candidates will be invited to an interview. All invited candidates will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule their interview date using our online application system. Any applicant needing to request a change in scheduled interview dates must contact the Office of Admissions for assistance.
Interview Format
Interview Day Program (2024-2025 Application Cycle)
Our goal is to host a virtual interview day program that will allow both you, as an applicant, and CMSRU, as a school, to gather useful, reliable information and provide a fair and equal experience for all participants. Our interview format has been designed to give us insight into the character of each applicant and it is meant to be a relaxed conversation and not an interrogation. Our intent is to keep the process as transparent and straightforward as possible for you as an applicant. We also acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could impact a scheduled interview session. Please be assured that we will work together with you to minimize and respond to these.
Prepare Your Technology for Your Interview
Zoom will be used for all meetings and interviews conducted on your Virtual Interview Day.
When logging in to your CMSRU Interview Day Zoom sessions:
- Use your full name as it appears on your CMSRU Application. If you have a preferred name please add that in parentheses.
For example: Jonathan (Jon) Smith - Use the same email address that you used on your application.
This information will be used by the Admissions Office to ensure that applicants are in the correct sessions at the correct times.
