About Me

David E Feinstein, DO, practices at the Voorhees and Camden locations of the Cooper Bone and Joint Institute. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine, and Rheumatology Sub-Specialty Fellowship, at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA.  He is currently the Division Head of Rheumatology at Cooper University Health Care.

Dr. Feinstein has been active in teaching and research at Cooper University Health Care and the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU).    As a faculty member, an Associate Professor of Medicine, and Co-Course Director for the Musculoskeletal Curriculum at CMSRU, Dr. Feinstein has been instrumentally involved in the training and education of medical students, residents, and fellows.  He also serves as the Fellowship Assistant Director for the Cooper University Hospital Rheumatology Fellowship, and as the Clerkship Director for the 3rd and 4th year CMSRU medical student Rheumatology elective. 

Dr. Feinstein is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Rheumatology.  He is a member of many professional societies including the American College of Rheumatology, the International Society of Clinical Densitometry, the Ultrasound School of North American Rheumatologists, and was the Immediate Past President (from 2016-2017) of the Philadelphia Rheumatism Society. 

Dr. Feinstein specializes in the management and treatment of all aspects of Rheumatology, with a focus on rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthropathy, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and osteoporosis.
