About Me
Christopher McFadden, MD has served as the Fellowship Program Director since 2009. Dr. McFadden received his M.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Maryland where he stayed for additional year as a Chief Resident. He completed a Nephrology fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and joined Cooper after fellowship.
Dr. McFadden is currently as Associated Professor in the Department of Medicine. In addition medical education, he currently focuses his work in the areas of Hypertension in Kidney Disease. He is a past-president of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Society of Hypertension. He also serves as a Vice-Chair for the Cooper University Hospital Institutional Review Board.
When asked to comment about medical education, Dr. McFadden stated I find it an absolute privilege to be involved in the education of current and future health care providers.
