About Me

Farah H. Morgan, MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU), is the Program Director for the Endocrinology Fellowship Program at Cooper. Dr. Morgan graduated from Boston University with her Bachelor of Arts. She received her medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Morgan completed her clinical rotations in medical school at Cooper.

A big pull to come back to Cooper were the fond memories of camaraderie at Cooper and the faculty commitment to education that I experienced as a medical student.

Dr. Morgan went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Virginia. She then served as a fourth year chief for the Internal Medicine Programand went on to complete her Endocrine Fellowship at the University of Virginia.

She joined the Cooper family in 2011. She has served as a Scholar's Workshop facilitator at CMSRU for three years, is the co-director of the endocrine course for the second year medical students, and now serves as Endocrinology Fellowship Program Director.

I've always had a strong interest in medical education, which was further fostered during my chief year. I knew I wanted to be involved in education after completing my fellowship. I came to Cooper because of the opportunity to help establish a fellowship program here. Working with the fellows is one of the most fun parts of my day!

Dr. Morgan and her husband have been married for 11 years, have two energetic boys, Janu (8) and Jalen (5), and an energetic chocolate lab puppy, Jasmine. Outside of medicine, she enjoys skiing, being outdoors, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
