About Me

Dr. Goldman is a highly distinguished neurosurgeon, nationally and internationally renowned for his clinical research and academic leadership. He received his PhD in Pharmacology from the New York Medical College, where he also completed his Doctor of Medicine. He received his neurosurgical training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center and the Bronx Municipal Hospital. Before joining Cooper, Dr. Goldman was the Chairman of Neurosurgery Drexel Medical School. He also practiced at the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he directed their Gamma Knife programs. Dr. Goldman has extensive experience in the radiosurgical management of both benign and malignant brain tumors, specifically metastatic tumors.

Dr. Goldman is recognized for his work in stereotactic radiosurgery and minimally invasive brain surgery. He is a frequent lecturer and author who was awarded the Medal of Honor by New York Medical College and the Distinguished Service Award from MCP Hahnemann University Department of Surgery.
