Event Services

Keep your event planning on track by following the steps and timeline below.  It is important that you begin your event planning process well in advance of your event.  Most events will take a minimum of 3 months to fully plan and coordinate.

Note: deadlines indicated for ancillary service requests are firm and missing a deadline may result in a denial of service for your event.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

 

3 Months Prior to Event

  • Gather and compile your event details and requirements
  • Submit Event Request Form 
  • Reserve space for 25Live

2 Months Prior to Event

  • Submit technical support request
  • Submit public relations request
  • Submit catering request

1 Month Prior to Event 

  • Confirm and finalize services

2 Weeks Prior to Event

  • Perform a dry-run or brief event rehearsal to ensure that you understand how to operate the AV technology

Day of Event

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time.
