Center for Student Success

The Center for Student Success at CMSRU, housed within the Office of Student Affairs, takes an equitable, student-centered approach to the support services offered. By combining learning support, student support, and wellness and collaborating with the Advisory College system, the Center for Student Success aims to enhance students' ability to navigate the challenging medical school journey. The innovative and interactive resources and programming provided by the Center for Student Success help empower students to achieve academic, personal, and professional goals by identifying the needs of each individual student.

Services provided by the Center for Student Success include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for student needs, brief, solution-focused counseling, and coordination of mental health programming
- One-on-one meetings, individualized study plans, and USMLE Step prep
- Programming to support students through the MATCH process and coordination of wellness events, including the Advisory Cup challenge
