MD/PhD Program
Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU) participates in a joint doctor of medicine and doctor of philosophy (MD/PhD) program with the Department of Biomedical Engineering of Rowan University.
To be accepted into this program, applicants must independently successfully complete both the Rowan University PhD program and CMSRU MD program admissions processes. Applicants to the program undergo the same screening, interview process, and admissions committee consideration as traditional applicants to CMSRU. The CMSRU admissions committee is solely responsible for acceptance of applicants into the MD component of the MD/PhD program.
