Pipeline Programs

Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU)’s pipeline programs work to support and inspire students in the study of science and medicine. We run several programs that specifically outreach to students from underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds to build their curiosity and interest in the science field and range from school-based presentations and hands-on workshops to an intensive summer program that focus on academic advancement, test prep, and admissions application support. Run by a team of full-time staff from the Office of Diversity and Community Affairs, as well as our own medical student interns and volunteers, these programs embody our school’s commitment to diversity in healthcare and opportunities for talented, yet less-resourced students to aspire and reach their career goals.
