In his role as Associate Dean for Engagement and Community Impact, Dr. Hewlett manages Cooper Medical School of Rowan University (CMSRU)'s efforts to maintain a welcoming environment and strengthen community engagement.

An associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Hewlett is medical director of Labor & Delivery and vice chief of quality for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cooper University Health Care. He earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Albert Einstein Medical Center, both in Philadelphia.
