Anne Peatman, MBA

Assistant Dean for Faculty Affairs

Anne joined CMSRU in 2017 as director of faculty affairs and educational operations, and has since taken on expanded responsibilities that reflect her leadership and commitment to institutional excellence. In her role, Anne oversees all operations of the Office of Faculty Affairs, including appointments, promotions, tenure, recontracting, orientation, and faculty development events. She serves as a key liaison to Rowan University’s Provost, HR, and IT offices, and works closely with departments at CMSRU and Cooper University Health Care. She also provides strategic support to the CMSRU Faculty Assembly, leads policy development initiatives, and manages faculty website content.

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience in medical education administration, including leadership roles at Cooper University Health Care and Albert Einstein Medical Center. She holds both a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Rutgers University.
